Rice Sport Analytics Team (Women’s Basketball)

  • Analytics Team Member for Rice University Women’s Basketball
  • Develop scouting reports using tools such as Synergy Sports and CBB Analytics
  • Analyze statistics/film to highlight player tendencies through style of play and shot charts
  • Identify key offensive and defensive characteristics to enhance team performance

Rice Lions

  • Member of Rice University’s student-run lion dancing team
  • Practice twice a week to master complex routines and tricks
  • Perform at various cultural events on campus such as Lunar New Year Showcase and Southeast Asian and Pacific Islander Showcase
  • Off-campus performances at the Houston Zoo, local schools, company headquarters

Intramural Sports (Sid Richardson College)

  • Member of several IM sports teams with my residential college at Rice University
  • Flag football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and softball

Sid Richardson College Bike Team

  • One of eight bikers on the women’s bike team
  • Train throughout the year to prepare for annual end of semester race against other Rice University residential colleges

Music

Rice University Chamber Music Club
  • Clarinetist in a self-run chamber music group with four other members
  • Select and transpose music to suit instruments and musician playing style
  • Organize weekly rehearsals to prepare for end of semester performances
Acalanes High School Wind Ensemble
  • Selected as one of two bass clarinetists in school Wind Ensemble
  • Performed at different school events and concerts (Pops Concert, Winter Concert, Spring Concert, Chamber Concert)
  • Traveled to Southern California, Chicago, and Sonoma State for evaluation and feedback from esteemed music adjudicators
  • Awarded “Unanimous Superior” rank by California Music Educators Association all four years
Contra Costa County Honor Band (2024, 2025)
  • One of three bass clarinetists selected among the top high school musicians in the county
  • Rehearsed and perfected five pieces with distinguished conductors to showcase a dynamic performance for the audience

Softball

  • Played at a highly competitive level from ages 6 to 17
  • Competed in Premier Girls Fastpitch tournaments against the top teams in the nation
  • Qualified to Premier Girls Fastpitch National Championships (2023)
  • High School Team Captain (2024, 2025)
  • Leadoff batter and starting centerfielder
  • Led team to high school league championship (2024)
