Rice Baseball Analytics Team Internship (January 2026-Present)
- Analytics and Scouting Intern
- Support operations and player development for Rice Baseball Team to strengthen overall performance
- Set up cameras to analyze film and gather valuable information for the team
- Collect high speed video clips of pitchers and track in-game player data
- Produce in-depth scouting reports using technologies such as Synergy Baseball, TruMedia, and TrackMan for pitching, hitting, catching, base running, etc.
- Contribute to technical projects that enhance team performance

- Developed foundational data analysis skills like data cleaning, visualizing, and interpreting
- Performed real-world analysis of basketball statistics to build a machine learning model to predict the salary of an NBA player based on performance and other metrics
COSMOS – California State Summer School for Mathematics and Science (July 2024-August 2024)
University of California, Davis – Mathematics Cluster
- Selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants to participate with 20 other students in an intensive, four-week residential program supervised by UC Davis professors
- Explored advanced topics in probability, number theory, and multivariable calculus through daily lectures
- Built a mathematical model using statistical techniques such as multiple linear regression and the least squares method that predicted Major League Baseball’s 2023 AL and NL MVP with 93.3% accuracy
- Presented findings through a research paper and presentation
